Conspiracy by BofA, Lawyer and Broker to Steal Home without Writ of Possession

California Law says that after a Foreclosure Sale, the Bank can't change the locks, etc until they get a Writ of Possession from an Unlawful Detainer Court
Agent Nelson Sanchez, working for Century 21 a Better Service Realty, in conjunction with Lawyer Richard Sontag of Ruzicka & Wallace LLP, working for Bank of America, fooled the LA Sheriff into allowing him to change locks while the owner protested. The Sheriff said it was a civil matter, and refused to help the homeowner. The law is clear, but the Sheriffs don't understand the law.
Agent Nelson Sanchez lied to the Sheriff to say that the Trustee's Deed Upon Sale gave him full Possession, and the Sheriff allowed him to change the locks.
As a result, a lawsuit has been filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Case # VC058398.
